Opportunities - College Director
Focusing on discipleship, mission and leadership formation, Bishopdale College works with students connected to a range of churches and community organisations in Nelson and from Anglican settings across New Zealand.
We are looking for an excellent leader and senior administrator who shares the College’s vision for the formation of Christian leaders. This is a diverse leadership role which sits at the heart of the College’s operations. As part of this process, we are considering several possible approaches to restructuring the College’s administrative operations, which may include splitting the role. We are therefore keen to hear from people with relevant experience and strengths, and are open to shaping roles and responsibilities around the strengths and availability of the right candidates.
If you bring significant academic or educational leadership experience - especially in the theological sector - and are interested in a multifaceted academic administration role with a strong student-facing component, you fit our brief most closely. We would also like to hear from administrators who would enjoy supporting the College’s daily operations across a range of tasks, including student enrolments, learner support, communications, event coordination, and general administration. There is potential for these administrative roles to include a lecturing component for candidates with relevant academic experience.
